Inspirational Yoga & Pilates Classes, Workshops & Retreats
Classes run in 6 or 8 week blocks (depending on time of year) with breaks for Easter, Summer and Christmas. All classes/blocks are pre-bookings only. You can only pay for a full block (not part of a block). It is recommended that you book your place as early as possible to avoid disappointment (some classes get full very quickly). It is not possible to pay for single classes.
If you miss a class you can make up for that by coming along to any of my other classes within the block you have paid for. You can not ‘carry over’ any classes to the next block. Once I have received your booking you will receive a confirmation together with a map of how to get to the venue.

What to wear and bring
For ladies leggings and T-shirt/top is fine. For gentlemen, jogging bottoms and T-shirts are ideal. Trainers are recommended for the warm up section in Pilates. No trainers required for Yoga. Also bring a non-slip (yoga) mat and a blanket for the relaxation at the end of the class. I have good quality eco-friendly yoga mats (£20-£30) for sale.
